Ingredients

100g mushrooms 5 cherry tomatoes 140g tofu 1 tsp turmeric 1 tsp sage (can use any herbs you like)
1 tsp tarragon (can use any herbs you like)
Pinch of black salt (optional) Vegan butter

Method
Step 1 Chop up your mushrooms into rough slices
Step 2 Melt some vegan butter in a pan, and add the tomatoes and mushrooms
Step 3 Crumble tofu into a separate pan, and fry with the turmeric, tarragon and black salt.
Step 4 Add some more vegan butter and the sage to the mushrooms and tomatoes, then combine both pans and enjoy!
