100g pasta
1 red onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
150g broccoli, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
140g black beans
75ml soy cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp mild curry powder
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp hot sauce
Method
Step 1
Start by boiling pasta, and caramelising the red onion.
Step 2
Add the garlic, vegetables, beans, cream, and garlic and curry powder tot he onions and stir through
Step 3
Finally, stir through the pasta, herbs, lemon juice, hot sauce and then serve!
