Ingredients
240g chickpeas
1 small onion
100g Cypressa seasoning
60ml water
1tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 wrap
1 dollop hummus
100ml Cypressa garlic sauce
4 cherry tomatoes
60g lettuce
100ml Cypressa chilli sauce
1tsp pickled cabbage
Method Step 1 Preheat your oven to 180c. Then, add your chickpeas, onion, Cypressa seasoning, water and olive oil into a blender and blend until you get a nice thick paste. Step 2 Shape your paste into balls and put in the oven for 15-20mins. Step 3 Get your wrap and spread the hummus in the middle. Place the falafel balls on top and add the garlic sauce, tomatoes, lettuce, chilli sauce and pickled cabbage. Enjoy!
